Special Recipes for Frozen Caffè
Ciokchino: Prepare 1 sachet of
Classica Hot Chocolate with 125 ml of milk (thick Italian recipe), let this cool down and make 1 portion of Crema Caffè with 100 ml of milk, pour the chocolate into a latte macchiato glass, add the Crema Caffè, decorate with grated chocolate.
Marocchino: Fill a latte macchiato glass with 1/3 cream, adding a layer of fresh espresso and 1 serving of Crema Caffè (prepared with 100 ml of milk), then dust with
cocoa powder.
Nocciolino: Fill a latte macchiato glass with 1 espresso, 1 serving of Crema Caffè (prepared with 100 ml milk), a dash of nut flavouring or, alternatively,
nut liqueur and decorate with
hazelnut crunch sprinkles.
