How to Prepare Lemon Sorbet
Mix the 1 kg bag with about 5 litres of water and 350 g of sugar, place in the granita machine and let it freeze. For the alcoholic version place the 1 kg bag with 4 litres of water, a bottle of
prosecco and a bottle of vodka into the granita machine and let it freeze for about 20 minutes.
