Greetings from Sicily

Marsala is a liqueur wine that takes its name from the Sicilian port city of Marsala. By adding egg yolk and sugar, Marsala all'uovo is given a sweet and mild taste. It becomes thicker and darker, ideal as a dessert wine. A Marsala Fine with a minimum of 17% must be matured in wooden barrels for at least one year and is drunk both before and after meals.

Spanish liqueur wine

Malaga wine does not come from Italy but from the Iberian Peninsula. It is a traditional sweet wine from Andalusia in southern Spain that is usually drunk as a dessert wine. It is one of the oldest documented types of wine and was already known in Roman antiquity.
